Cooking With CBD - Energy Balls

Packed full of protein, fibre, vitamins and natural ingredients, these plant-based energy balls will provide you with the best on-the-go energy fuelled snack!

Ingredients:

  • 135g of old fashioned oats
  • 37g of ground flaxseed
  • 120g of almond butter
  • 170g of honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 45g chocolate chips
  • CBD isolate mixed with vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix the oats, flaxseed, salt, and coffee in a bowl.
  2. Stir the almond butter and honey in a separate bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture over the oats, add the CBD, and blend.
  4. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Form them into bite-sized balls. 
  6. Enjoy! Alternatively store in the refrigerator or freezer in a sealed container for a maximum 2 weeks.
