What is CBD?

CBD (short for cannabidiol) is one of the many active compounds found in the cannabis plant. It is the second biggest cannibinoid in the plant after THC.

What is THC?

THC (short for tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive component in the cannabis plant. This is the component with hallucinogenic properties (the part that gets you "high").

Does CBD Get You "High"?

Not at all. Since CBD only contains trace amounts of THC, it does not have any hallucinogenic effects on the body. In order for CBD products in this form to pass legislation, they must contain a minimum of 0.2% THC.

Where Does CBD Come From?

While CBD can be found in both the hemp plant and the marijuana plant, it is mainly taken from the hemp plant. The hemp plant, unlike the marijuana plant, contains 0.3% or less of THC, and therefore is no longer under the controlled substances act.

When Did People Start Using CBD?

CBD was not discovered until 1940, where a team from Illinois University found that CBD had non-psychoactive effects. In the 1980's, peopls started using it.

What Are the Benefits of CBD?

There have been many studies into what benefits CBD can bring you.

How Does CBD Work?

When CBD is taken, it binds to cannabinoid receptors in the endocannabinoid system. These receptors are in almost every cell and tissue type in the body. This is then taken to the brain or whereever it needs to go.

How Do I Take CBD?

There are many different ways of taking CBD. You can eat it through CBD edibles or CBD tablets. CBD oil can be taken under the tongue, as well as in your food. CBD can be vaped with CBD e-liquids and CBD vape pens. It can also be absorbed through the skin in CBD creams and balms or in CBD bath bombs.

Is CBD Safe?

There have been no known occurances of illness caused by use of CBD products. While people have recently been harmed by e-liquids, these e-liquids contained an illegal amount of CBD. Also, all Moreish Series products go under third-party testing to insure they are regulated and are free of any potential contaminants.

Is CBD Legal?

CBD is currently legal in the UK for products containing 0.2% THC or less. In America, CBD is legal in 47 states, with Idaho, Nebraska and South Dakota being the only states illegalising it.

Will CBD Show On a Drug Test?

CBD only shows on a drug test if it contains THC, with people taking 6mg of THC a day having a 25% chance of failing a drug test. Since our products contain no THC, it will not show up on a drug test.

CBD E-Liquids are liquids used for vaping that contain CBD. These e-liquids do not contain nicotine, and instead have CBD in.
