Since the isolate is odourless and tasteless, it is one of the best forms of CBD for making cakes, biscuits and more. Some people even like to put their crystals in their tea or coffee. The only drawback, however, is that the CBD has to break down into the liver, so you won’t get as strong a sensation as if you use tinctures or vapes.

Creams

You can also make creams or balms by dissolving the crystals and adding the fluid to lotions or oils. This is perfect for people who want the CBD on their skin and/or joints. Simply rub the cream on the infected area every day and monitor the results.
